Joanna is a true professional who has offered experienced and, most importantly, strategic advice in all areas of my condo ownership. She puts all relevant factors onto the table (i.e. interest rate trents, condo/unit supply and demand, condo staging advice, advertising, government/ tax issues, etc), and provides a well laid-out and supported plan. In the end, it is your decision on how to proceed, but trust me, just trust her!

For me, Joanna helped me find a great tenant for a 2 year period, and finally helped me to sell my condo recently. To tell the truth, I was hesitant to fully trust her intuitions about the market trends, interest rates and about the scarcity of units like mine, but looking back, her thoughts were spot on, and I'm thankful that I trusted her throughout the process.
