Otto was a dream.  He came into my condo, and provided me with great staging advice!  Together, we put the finishing touches on the condo, and he made sure everything was in order, and would show really well.   He also gave excellent advice when it came to pricing the condo appropriately, and demonstrated an extensive knowledge of the market and area my condo is located in.  I was very impressed!

Following the sale of the condo, my fiancé also sold his condo and we purchased a house outside the city.  We needed to arrange to have one lawyer deal with everything, and Elaine was invaluable at contacting everyone involved and ensuring the paperwork was transferred.  Knowing she was taking care of that was very reassuring.
