Hi Mitch,

You'll have to excuse me for my tardiness as I just returned from a much deserved and needed vacation to Peru!  No phones, no pagers, no email and no electricity for the most part!  Working 13-14 hour days has it's limits and given that during the December holidays, the number of transactions recorded through the MLS drop substantially compared to average, it really is the only time I can step away for some me time.  Not to worry though, I'm back in full force now and ready to tackle all your inquiries for 2007!  Bring it on....
